工作职责：
1.Lead team to develop GaAs epitaxial product;
2.Evaluate and enhance equipment or processes, and improve product quality and yield of epitaxy;
3.Provide development and upgrading of epitaxial equipment for advanced fabrication;
4.Technical discussion with external suppliers to explore the resources needed for new projects.
任职资格：
1. Master degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor,Materials Physicsor related;
2. More than 5 years research experience in GaAs epitaxy;
3. Have systematic theoretical knowledge of GaAs epitaxy;
4. Familiar with semiconductor process flow;
5. Good team spirit and communication skills.
