工作职责：

1. Responsible to design BH-DFB/EML/PD/VCSEL;
2. Lead NPI project analysis, specification formulation, parameter discussion and technical document;
3. Responsible for data analysis (test, reliability, etc.), and propose improvement suggestion;
4.Responsible for the failure analysis, discuss new design with team;
5.Coordinate internal departments such as epitaxy, package test, FAE and others to accelerate the development;
6. Technical discussion with external suppliers, including modules , to explore the resources needed for new projects.

任职资格：

1. Master degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Semiconductor，Photoelectric or related;
2. More than 5 years research experience in high-speed DFB/EML/PD/VCSEL chip , working experience in famous optical chip company is preferred;
3. Have systematic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor lasers and photodetectors,and simulation design methods;
4. Familiar with semiconductor process flow;
5. Good team spirit and communication skills.
