工作职责：
1. Completed pre-product planning and design tasks, prepared projec reports and solutions;
2. Complete product design, simulation, tapeout and testing according to customer or product requirements;
3. Responsible for analysis of abnormal product , test report sorting, problem discovery and tracking.
任职资格：
1. 1. Familiar with the structure , layout and simulation of power devices. Experience in IGBT/SBD/MOSFET is preferred;
2. Familiar with the process, tapeout and test of power devices, able to analyze the process problem according to the anomaly.
3. Familiar with the application of power devices, including SiC MOSFET/BJT/JFET driver design and debugging, system application, spice model. SiC device application experience is preferred;
4. Good English skills, logical thinking and strong sense of responsibility
