工作职责：

1. Responsible for the development and introduction of new packaging products for discrete power electronics devices or power modules;
2. Coordinated the preparation of materials for NTR and hold meetings;
3. Sort out customer requirements (including customers, design team, upstream process, etc.) and form operational documents, convey them to internal execution department, and collect feedback data to customers. Carry out point-to-point closed-loop communication;
4. Coordinate or involve in the process or quality issues related to various new products, communicate and coordinate within the department;

任职资格：

1. Master degree or above, major in Power Electronics, Material Engineering, Microelectronics, Electrical engineering, etc. ;
2. More than 3 years power module packaging related working experience;
3. Good spoken and written English;
4.Good team spirit and communication skills.
